Coastal Landing is an immaculate, two story home with a gourmet kitchen and spacious living area with large SmartTV, connected Sound Bar and subwoofer (quality sound is important to us!)

Every bedroom includes a Smart TV and whole-home, high speed Wi-Fi throughout to allow you and your family to stay connected and post highlights of your amazing vacation!

The open concept living area is connected to the kitchen and dining space providing a comfortable, spacious experience for the whole gang to enjoy!

Escape to the cozy, fenced in yard where you can enjoy the provided games such as Corn Hole and Badminton or sip on your morning coffee/tea while relaxing to the tranquility of the therapeutic Florida air.

The dining room table seats 8, with an additional 4 seats at the bar, and the fully equipped kitchen is well-stocked and ready to let the entertaining begin and features a combo coffee machine that accommodates both Keurig cups or your favorite ground coffee.

Having vacationed in the area for years now, we chose this place based on its prime location. 

With a short 4 MINUTE drive to the first of many Public Beach entrances with free parking. You can pack up the available beach chairs, wagon, beach towels and beach toys and you'll be enGULFED in life-giving sun and breathtakingly gorgeous white sand faster than you can apply your first coat of sunscreen!

Only 2 minutes from Lake Powell, don't forget your fishing gear for endless fun!

Only 6 seconds to get to the private pool in the backyard. :-)

Conveniently located just 2 MINUTES  from the PUBLIX GROCERY STORE, you'll be close to the things you need to eat at home or make lunches for the beach. (8 minute walk)

A mere 11 MINUTES from PIER PARK  - known for its incredible shopping, food, and entertainment, you'll find plenty of ways to keep building memories with your favorite people.

A short 10 MINUTE drive to the heart of 30A Seaside, Watercolor  and the many other locations within Rosemary Beach.

Driveway fits 4 small cars  or 2 full size trucks/SUV's. Street Parking is NOT PERMITTED!

HOUSE RULES

THE PERSON WHO MAKES THE RESERVATION MUST STAY AT THE PROPERTY. Renting the property for young adult children or any other individuals is NOT PERMITTED!

GUEST DOING THE BOOKING MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

Pool Waiver must be signed 72 hours prior to arrival date.
Pool Hours 7am - 10pm.

$Extra fee  for pool heater or cooling. Must be paid directly to owner a week in advance.

All Guests must be added to the reservation BEFORE ARRIVAL. Door code will not be given until this part of the booking is complete.

ABSOLUTELY NO MARIJUANA or DRUG USE ON THE PROPERTY! This includes Marijuana vape pens, etc...

PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES! All shoes must be taken off upon entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean. Bring your slippers!

* Feet must be rinsed  off with hose provided at the side of the house, BEFORE ENTERING POOL.

Please DO NOT BRING BEACH CHAIRS THROUGH THE HOME. Instead, open the garage from inside and return beach chairs to their rack on the wall. Sand in the home takes a lot to remove and slows down our cleaners, making the early check-in option less likely for future guests.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

NO Fireworks on property or in community. Bay County has a No Private Fireworks ordinance.

Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the plumbing clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

NO SMOKING or VAPING IN THE HOME.
NO MARIJUANA SMOKING on the property or in community.
NO Pets of any kind, no exceptions.
NO Excessive Guests beyond 12.
NO Mailing Packages to the home.
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property.Please respect the community.

Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level city ordinance. We do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. This includes playing loud music from your vehicle as you enter and exit the community. Please respect the community. Thank you!

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING.
Held against security deposit and claim will be filed
**Soiled Towels: $15 per towel, Make up cloth provided Please Use
**Stolen towels: $15 per towel, no matter the size
** Smoking in the home: $300
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent $75
**Excessive Guests beyond reservation. $50 per guest
**Cleaning fees doubled if the home is left excessively dirty
